We stand behind Melt. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — full refund or exchange, no hassle.
Email support@trend-store.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Items must be returned in original or near-original condition. We cannot accept returns on items that appear to have been misused or damaged due to user error. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective.
Once we receive and inspect the return (or approve a no-return refund for eligible cases), we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the issue when you email us.
